Synopsis

Two young men from the same neighbourhood seem headed toward opposite futures: one has sporting promise, while the other is already familiar to the police. A sympathetic officer tries to guide their fighting instincts toward boxing. Gangsters and personal resentments complicate his efforts as the apparently clear distinction between the boys begins to break down.
