Synopsis
The descendant of a pirate learns that he must marry on his twenty-fifth birthday to inherit the family fortune. He quickly meets the woman he wants, but a schemer threatens her inheritance too. Their rush toward a wedding becomes a chain of pursuit, transport disasters and last-minute improvisations centred on his dilapidated ship.

The film uses Don Marquis's novel as a loose starting point for an action comedy. Rod La Rocque and Mildred Harris play a couple whose mutual attraction is settled early, leaving the difficulty of reaching the ceremony to supply the suspense.
