Synopsis

Two piano movers receive paired instructions: deliver one instrument and repossess another. Similar house numbers make the assignment easier to confuse than to carry out. Their mistake leaves the wrong customers facing opposite surprises, while the sheer weight of the piano ensures that correcting an error is never a small physical matter.
