Synopsis
After a large stranger's attentions cause trouble in the park, Mabel buys a human-shaped punching bag. Her drunken husband returns home and mistakes the object for another visitor who refuses to leave. Every blow makes it swing back at him, transforming jealousy into a fight against an opponent whose persistence has a purely mechanical explanation.
