Synopsis
A hopeful actress heads for Hollywood and crosses paths with a stray dog and a newly arrived playwright. He assumes the animal belongs to her and tries to return it while struggling to write about a movie industry he barely knows. The dog's unexpected talent begins opening doors that remain firmly closed to the human newcomers.

The canine performer was already familiar as Daisy in Columbia's Blondie films. Here the animal becomes part of a separate satire about Hollywood ambition, and the picture also circulated under the titles Daisy Goes Hollywood and Happily Ever After.
