Synopsis

Lonely New Yorkers Mary and Jim escape their separate routines for a day at Coney Island. A chance meeting grows into intimacy among the beach crowds and amusement rides. When a disturbance separates them, knowing so little about each other becomes an urgent obstacle to reunion.
