Synopsis
Rancher's daughter Joan leaves a train impulsively and meets cowboy Larry without revealing her identity. Their quick romance leads to marriage, but her wealthy social circle and his rural loyalties do not easily fit together. Jealousy and differing ideas about where to live test the attraction that first united them.
Cast
Historical context
Joan Crawford's early sound vehicle joins a Western setting to songs and romantic conflict. The contrast between city manners and ranch life becomes both the attraction and the central difficulty of the marriage.
