Synopsis

Two strangers arrive at the same honeymoon hotel after a string of roadside arguments and damaged cars. Another guest assumes they are a quarrelling married couple and appoints himself their peacemaker. His increasingly forceful attempts at reconciliation turn an accidental meeting into an exhausting comedy of mistaken relationships.

Cast

Behind the scenes

Gordon Douglas directed this brief feature for Hal Roach's Streamliner programme. Its hotel misunderstandings and honeymoon setting fit a format built around a small cast and a tightly contained farce, intended to fill the second half of a cinema double bill.
