Synopsis
Military service changes a former criminal's expectations of life after the war. Encouraged by a fellow veteran, he joins the police on returning home. The new uniform requires him to confront members of his old gang, making reform a difficult choice between familiar personal loyalties and the responsibilities he has newly accepted.
