Synopsis
The youngest son of a respected sheriff lacks the strength that gives his brothers their place in the family. Pretending to hold his father's authority, he permits a travelling medicine show to perform and befriends its young dancer. Trouble surrounding the show gives him an unexpected chance to defend both his father's reputation and his own worth.
This was Harold Lloyd's last feature with Jobyna Ralston as his leading lady. The comedy builds its physical action around an underestimated character's ingenuity, giving emotional weight to feats that stronger people assume he cannot perform.
