Synopsis
A small-town delivery worker inherits what appears to be a respectable insurance business. The men who welcome him believe he has his father's criminal instincts, while he has no idea that they are running a protection racket. His innocence repeatedly disrupts the gang's plans in a comedy built around a reputation he never earned.
PRC built much of its business around inexpensive crime pictures and mysteries. Here that familiar gangster material is redirected into comedy, using the distance between a feared criminal reputation and an inexperienced man's actual character as its central joke.
