Synopsis

Shortly before Pearl Harbor, a man who believes he has intercepted suspicious activity at sea is instead convicted of helping it. His imprisonment leaves the people close to him confronting both official disbelief and the consequences of his absence. The drama unfolds under the shadow of approaching war.
