Synopsis
A respected doctor secretly kills his twin brother, convinced that the man's occult activities endanger everyone around him. The brother returns as a blood-drinking supernatural presence and turns his revenge against the doctor's household. Protecting a young niece forces the physician to confront an evil that now shares his own face.
George Zucco plays both brothers in a production filmed on a six-day schedule for PRC. The picture was Mary Carlisle's final film and one of Dwight Frye's last appearances, pairing two performers closely associated with different parts of early Hollywood horror.
