Synopsis
Leila is tired of a husband whose success in business has not made him attentive at home. His untidy habits and lack of romance make a more polished admirer seem irresistible. Divorce and a second marriage give her the change she wanted, but also a new basis for judging the man she left and the one she chose.
Cast
Historical context
This was the first DeMille film to star Gloria Swanson. It belongs to his cycle of marriage comedies, in which fashionable interiors and clothing accompany arguments about desire, habit and domestic disappointment.
