Synopsis
A criminal becomes involved in an argument over a woman at a dance hall. The encounter provides the starting point for a short underworld drama directed by Gilbert M. Anderson, who also takes a leading role alongside Marguerite Clayton.
Cast
Historical context
Although Charlie Chaplin appears briefly as a customer, this is an Essanay drama led by Anderson rather than a starring Chaplin comedy. The surviving film was restored using an Academy-held nitrate print and reconstructed Essanay intertitles.
