Synopsis
Locked out of her hotel room in pajamas, Mabel tries to avoid a drunken guest and hides in another couple's room. Her boyfriend arrives at precisely the wrong moment, and the hiding place becomes evidence for suspicions no one has time to clarify. Doors, beds and adjoining rooms turn a minor accident into a chain of jealous confrontations.
Cast
Behind the scenes
Mabel Normand directed and starred in the comedy in which Chaplin first filmed the Tramp costume. Kid Auto Races at Venice reached cinemas earlier, so the order of production differs from the character's first public appearance.
