Synopsis
A travelling horseman helps a mail carrier survive an ambush and finds a community being strangled by intimidation. Building a proper road could change the valley's future, but a landowner's gang is determined to prevent it. The stranger offers his engineering skills while concealing another reason for taking an interest in the town.
