Synopsis
Mickey sells hot dogs at a carnival where the food behaves more like a collection of troublesome pets than an ordinary meal. His interest in Minnie carries the action from the stalls to a nighttime serenade. Cats join the performance, and music turns courtship into another opportunity for noise, movement and conflict with the neighbors.
Cast
Behind the scenes
This was the first Mickey Mouse cartoon to include his spoken English words, beginning with his hot-dog sales call. The short extends the series' experiments with synchronized sound into recognizable speech.
