Synopsis

Huang Min grows up in a poor family that places great hope in his education. While his father is away, his mother, sister and grandfather support him through difficulties at school and in the neighbourhood. Inspired by a lesson about kindness, the boy secretly tries to repay their care, until rescuing another child places his own life in danger.
