Synopsis
A murdered woman's ghost recruits the reluctant Cosmo Topper to identify her killer and protect a friend. His ability to communicate with the dead again causes trouble among the living. Secret passages and suspicious residents turn a mansion into the centre of an unusual investigation.

The third film in the original Topper cycle combines Thorne Smith's supernatural premise with a murder mystery. UCLA later preserved and restored it, presenting the restoration at its 2022 Festival of Preservation.
