Synopsis
A stolen codebook threatens to expose a Nazi spy network operating behind an ordinary waterfront business in San Francisco. Competing agents and local criminals scramble to recover it while bodies begin to appear. This compact wartime thriller turns a petty theft into a contest over secrets that several people would kill to control.
