Synopsis
An exhausted survivor brings back a diary describing a mysterious white gorilla. An expedition enters the Congo to search for the animal, but its members do not share the same motives. Rival ambitions and concealed identities threaten the party before the creature itself becomes an immediate danger.
Ray Corrigan, known both for Western roles and gorilla performances, supplies the creature's physical presence. The film's claim about an evolutionary 'missing link' belongs to its adventure fiction, while its portrayal of Africa reflects the colonial stereotypes of the genre.
