Synopsis
A community of women captures men from a neighbouring Stone Age group. One captive escapes and discovers a means of controlling fire, changing the balance between them. As dangerous creatures threaten both groups, practical ingenuity becomes entangled with rivalry, courtship and the possibility of a different kind of community.
