Synopsis
A stagecoach robber intervenes in a troubled woman's journey, then finds himself sentenced to a long prison term. Escaping with another inmate allows him to join a local gang. His apparent criminal career conceals a lawman's purpose, but maintaining that disguise puts him among people who will punish betrayal without hesitation.
