Synopsis
A police pursuit ends with a wrecked car, two dead men and one woman able to explain how a prosecutor and a gangster came to share the same escape route. Her account leads a reporter into a network of false testimony, political ambition and double-crosses hidden behind the district attorney's respectable office.
