Synopsis
A woman returns to her late father's mansion for the reading of his will. The inheritance favours her, leaving other residents with reasons for resentment, and an experimental ape remains confined in the house. When a hairy hand reaches for her during the night, the apparent animal threat obscures a more deliberate struggle over the estate.
