Synopsis
American and British shipbuilders compete to control the speed and prestige of the tea trade. A young captain takes a new American vessel toward China, carrying both commercial expectations and an unexpected stowaway. Meeting the daughter of his British rival adds romance to a contest whose outcome depends on ships, crews and the hazards of the voyage.
