Synopsis
An artist witnesses a killing in San Francisco and flees rather than accept police protection. His wife begins looking for him through a city she must read for traces of their shared life. The search places her between investigators and a killer seeking the same man.
Sylvia Tate's Man on the Run supplied the story. The shift in the film's title highlights the wife's active search, placing her discovery of a marriage alongside the crime investigation.
